The apartment has separate bedroom with twin beds (which can be pulled together and made as a double upon request), sitting area with an armchair-bed, fully equipped kitchenette with two cooking rings, fridge, kitchenware, water-kettle (toaster and coffee-maker are provided upon request) and light filled bathroom with shower. Extra features: air-conditioning / hair-dryer / flat TV / clothesline with pegs.

Government tax: there is an extra charge of 1.5 euro per night to the above accommodation rates.

Due to COVID-19: In order to reduce contact with our guests, the apartments are cleaned every 3 to 4 days Monday to Friday. At the weekends they are cleaned only if there is a scheduled change of linen. However, housekeeping is optional and done according to your request including the simple exchange of used linen on scheduled days with fresh if preferred.
White towels and bed-linen are changed once a week, that is every 3 or 4 nights (we can provide you with extra towel or sheets surcharge),
check in after 11:00pm and check out before 15:00am.
General Conditions
– To confirm the reservation you must pay 30% of the total cost 15 days before the date of arrival by phone or bank transfer
– Cancelations made 48 hours before of arrival day are free of charge, advance is 100% refund
– Cancelations made within the 48 hours before arrival day will be charged with 100% of the total price,
